Ahmedabad: Karmanye Foundation & Charitable Trust, (Reg. No. A/24546/Ahmedabad), organised the “Karmanye Samaavesh & Honorary Awards – 2025” at Hotel Flora, Vastral, Ahmedabad on 2nd November 2025. The event was held to recognize contributions made by individuals and families towards education, art, social welfare, community empowerment and humanitarian services. Renowned Gujarati actress and theatre artist Bhaviniben Jani graced the ceremony as the Special Guest and appreciated the initiative taken by the trust.
During the event, Trust Secretary Dr. Krupal Thakkar addressed the audience and highlighted the core philosophy of the organization. He stated that, “Service is not a charity; it is our responsibility. Our aim is to encourage values of knowledge, culture, empowerment and human dignity in society.” He emphasized that any positive change in society begins with acknowledgment, encouragement and active participation.
One of the key highlights of the event was the formal launch of ‘Project Karmanye Samaavesh’, an initiative designed specially for children with different learning and developmental needs such as Autism Spectrum Condition, Slow Learning Patterns, and other cognitive or physical challenges. The project also includes focused emotional and skill-based support for their mothers. The foundation expressed that when mothers are supported with the right environment, emotional care and guidance, the progress of the child naturally becomes stronger and more stable.
Purpose and Vision of Project Karmanye Samaavesh
The project aims to create an inclusive and sensitive learning ecosystem where children receive:
- Special Behavioural and Developmental Education
- Individualized learning assistance
- Therapy and skill development sessions
- Confidence-building through creative and sensory activities
Along with this, mothers will be provided:
- Emotional Support Circles
- Parenting guidance
- Practical Skill Development Training
- Space for expression, understanding and personal growth
The trust has also expressed a long-term vision of establishing a full-time Special Education Sankul, where children and mothers will be offered continuous support under one dedicated environment.
