The inaugural event with The Masque Lab, titled “The Gourmet Table,” was a ten-course culinary journey featuring a unique combination of local and seasonal ingredients from around the world. The menu was curated by Chef Varun Totlani, who meticulously crafted each dish to tantalize guests’ taste buds. This event also kicks off their monthly partnership to curate this experience exclusively for Times Prime members, every month.

The meal kicked off with a delightful selection of cocktails paired with a thoughtful first course of reimagined water chestnut and corn masala papad. The menu continued with a variety of dishes, including Passion Fruit Thupka, and Ratambe, and for dessert, Pickled Strawberry, Strawberry Rabri paired with Graham Crackers. Each dish was beautifully presented and perfectly executed, and guests were left feeling ecstatic and inspired.
Aside from the gastronomic delights, attendees were immersed in the luxurious setting of Masque Lab, where art, design, and culinary finesse seamlessly blended together.
