Acclaimed poet and author Surbhi Gupta successfully launched her much-anticipated debut poetry collection, Iron Draped in Silk: Poetry that Heals, at a special literary gathering on Friday, 28th February 2025. The event, held at Oxford Bookstore, Connaught Place, featured an engaging panel discussion led by four distinguished women, each bringing unique perspectives on poetry’s role in healing and self-discovery.
The discussion included Surbhi Gupta, poet and author of the collection, Harpreet Suri, renowned influencer, Priyal Bhardwaj, General Secretary of BJP Mahila Morcha, and Neeta Sreedharan, Head of PR and Alliances at Oxford Bookstore. Together, they explored themes of resilience, emotional well-being, and the transformative power of words. The conversation captivated the audience as the panelists shared their insights on how poetry serves as a medium for personal growth and healing.
