“Manan Verma, Youngest Self-Help Bestselling Author in India, Claims Victory at Global Student Entrepreneurship Championship Navi Mumbai Chapter”
Manan Verma, a young entrepreneur and author, has been creating waves in the industry since a very young age. He began selling at the tender age of 7 and founded his first company at 15 while still in school. Manan’s curiosity and interest in understanding how things work, and how to create new things, led him to start his first entrepreneurial venture. He started a profitable IT company for students in school, making it his first official entrepreneurial gig.
At 17, Manan wrote his first book, and by 18, he became a published author. Manan Verma won the Startup Uttarakhand Grand Challenge with his new company, Paper2Publish, which aims to help anyone become a worldwide published author in just 30 days for as low as $10. The company has turned normal people from five countries into worldwide published authors, and his mission with this company is to make a dent in the publishing industry.
Now once again he has brought laurels to his state by winning the Global Student Entrepreneurship Championship (Navi Mumbai Chapter) organized by Entrepreneurs Organization Navi Mumbai. Out of 115 contestants, only 12 finalists were selected, and Mr. Verma was declared the second winner and the only winner from Uttarakhand.
The Global Student Entrepreneurship Championship is a platform for young entrepreneurs that takes place in over 60 countries. Mr. Verma’s Paper2Publish won the championship and received a prize of Rs. 50,000. Along with Mr. Verma, his team member Kailash Chaudhary was also present at the Navi Mumbai finals.
His innovative platform, Paper2Publish, provides aspiring authors with an affordable and convenient way to publish their books. For just INR 2,500, anyone can start their book publishing journey and become a published author within 30 days.
Mr. Verma has also started an organization called Future Beyond 2050, which aims to bring young people together to work on solving big problems of the world, including global warming and climate change. Future Beyond 2050 is focusing on a single goal of building an umbrella for the young generation, providing a platform where they can become leaders and take their moon shots (work on big world-changing goals). Mr. Verma’s goal is to incline young people towards leadership and joint initiative, inspiring them to take their moon shots and lead the Future Beyond 2050.
In addition, Mr. Verma has started a project called Uprise: Break The Mold, an innovative scheme aimed at encouraging young students to become published authors. The scheme provides a unique opportunity for students to showcase their talent on both Indian and international platforms. Through Paper2Publish, 75 schools will be selected in 2023, for which Paper2Publish will publish 75 free books with more than 3,000 young authors. This initiative provides a valuable push to the young generation, opening up opportunities for them in the world of literature and beyond.
Mr. Verma’s efforts have been widely recognized by several esteemed personalities, including Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami Ji, Ex Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat Ji, and Ex Education Minister India and Ex Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank Ji.
