Izhar Khan is founder of NTI ACADEMY and he has designed the Career Counseling Framework to help educators and counselors guide students in their careers. Career Framework provides guidelines and lists out stages how a student must be counseled for his career. It has five stages;

Each stage is designed as per the student age and different sets of activities and goals are set to be achieved for successful career planning. Izhar Khan says if any parent /counselor follows these steps they are more likely to achieve their desired career output. In India, there are more than 260 million students and India needs 1.4 million career counselors. These career counselors need proper training to deliver desirable results.
