Wit “Uno”
Belgian-style ales are celebrated for their complexity and depth of flavor. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, featuring fruity esters, spicy phenols, and a delightful balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness.
At Independence we wanted to really go back where it began where Belgian as a style is concerned, & giving it a modern twist & thus arriving to the Belgian Wheat Cream Ale known as witbier in Dutch, is traditionally brewed with wheat and barley. Initially flavored with gruit, a mixture of herbs, hops were introduced in the later Middle Ages. The American version features a smooth, creamy texture with hints of cilantro and blood orange.
Wit “Uno” embodies qualities as a smooth, creamy, and refreshing beer with a unique character tailored for the Indian consumers making it highly sessionable & oozes premiumness.
Lover Boy
The Irish Cream Stout combines traditional stout brewing techniques with the luxurious essence of cocoa, dark chocolate, and roasted grain. It delivers a velvety mouthfeel and a complex flavor profile.
This dark-colored stout beer has a distinctive aroma. The nose reveals a blend of roasted malt, hints of Belgian dark chocolate, and roasted coffee, all derived from various colored malts and aromatic hops. The stout has a mellow, well-balanced mouthfeel that ensures good drinkability.
