Mumbai, 03rd November, 2026: Aries Agro Limited, a leading player in the plant nutrition and agricultural inputs sector, today announced the successful completion of the Next-Gen Leaders Programme for Members of the Indian Micro-Fertilizers Manufacturers Association (IMMA) by eight emerging leaders from Aries Agro and its group companies at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA).
Conducted from October 21 to 25, 2026, at IIM Ahmedabad's New Campus in association with IMMA, the five-day executive education programme was designed to strengthen managerial capabilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills among professionals in the specialty plant nutrition sector. The programme brought together industry participants to exchange perspectives, understand emerging business challenges and explore contemporary approaches to management and leadership.

The participants joined 21 peers from across the specialty plant nutrition sector and undertook an intensive learning experience guided by nine IIM Ahmedabad faculty members. The programme provided an opportunity to engage with industry peers, broaden business perspectives and build capabilities relevant to an increasingly dynamic and competitive operating environment.
