New Delhi, August 2025: Radisson Blu Hotel, New Delhi Paschim Vihar presents the Swaad Sutra Food Festival – a celebration of Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan’s rich culinary heritage. Running from 22nd August to 7th September 2025 at Level 2, the festival takes diners on a nostalgic journey through North India’s traditional kitchens.
“We wanted to create something that doesn’t just serve food but tells a story. Swaad Sutra is about celebrating cultures, connecting generations, and creating experiences that feel both new and nostalgic,” said Mr. Anuj Soin, General Manager.
Guests can savour iconic dishes such as Batinda Chicken, Besan Masala Roti, Bajra Khichdi, Rajma Rasmisa, Mohan Maas, Ker Sangri, and Dal Baati Churma.
