London: Unolabs has announced the appointment of industry veteran Sandeep Sudarshan as its Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer, effective August 6. With more than 30 years of experience spanning telecommunications, technology consulting and enterprise transformation, Sudarshan will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy and market expansion.
The appointment comes as United Kingdom-headquartered Unolabs strengthens its presence in the UK and India while expanding its operations across Europe, Australia and the Middle East. Sandeep Sudarshan Brings 30+ Years of Industry Experience
Before joining Unolabs, Sudarshan spent nearly four years at Capgemini, where he served as Chief Technology Officer for Telecom & Media in the UK. During his tenure, he led techno-commercial solution architects working on large-scale transformation initiatives across IT, networks and devices for telecom and media organizations in the UK and Europe.
His role also involved collaborating with Capgemini’s frog, consulting, insights and data, cloud and integration, and applications and engineering practices to develop technology propositions for telecom clients.
Sudarshan also extended connectivity-focused solutions into sectors including automotive, energy and utilities, and the public sector.
His broader career includes leadership positions at Wipro and Capgemini Engineering, providing him with experience from both the telecom operator and technology consulting sides of the industry.
Sudarshan to Lead Unolabs’ Growth Strategy
As Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer, Sudarshan will join Unolabs’ founding leadership team and take responsibility for growth strategy as well as the company’s media and market positioning.
The UK is expected to remain a major focus of his mandate, given Unolabs’ strong client engagement base in the market and Sudarshan’s extensive professional network across the UK’s telecom and media industry.
Commenting on the appointment, Binu Kuttappan, CTO of Unolabs, highlighted Sudarshan’s extensive leadership experience and long-standing industry relationships.
