Mumbai:: The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) announced the commencement of an initial public offering (IPO) on Thursday, September 17, 2026, which has the potential to catapult the nation’s capital markets to a new level. This issue will be open through September 21, 2026.
The IPO allotment is set to be one of the biggest in India as the issue size of the IPO is around ₹22,569 crore in the upper range of the price band. Price band has been set at Rs. 1,700 per equity share per lot and the minimum lot size is eight shares. The lowest application price is ₹14,280 on the higher end.
The offering comprises an Offer for Sale (OFS) by existing shareholders. As a result, the proceeds from the issue will go to the selling shareholders, and NSE will not receive fresh capital from the offering.
